At Lotto Sport, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction, offering a 30-day window to return or exchange any gear that doesn't meet your expectations. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or visit our online returns center to enter your order number and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all footwear is inside the original shoebox before placing it in a shipping container.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
